Cask @ Head of Steam, Leeds. Golden with a creamy head. Crisp with a very hoppy character, quite deep in this respect in terms of its taste. There’s a tropical fruitiness to be found here too.

Cask at the Tobie Norris, Stamford. Light to mid orangish-gold, with a slight loose white head. Stone fruit and a light resinous note in the gentle aroma. The taste is similar: light but lovely. Starts with sweet fruit and pine needles and then turns bitter (maybe the slightest bit acrid) for the long finish. Sort of a twiggy bitter with a proper APA laid on top. I enjoyed it.

Pale golden beer with a light head. Sweet fruity aroma, grapefruity hop flavour. Nicely crisp and refreshing. The grapefruit lingers with a long aftertaste. Really nice.
