Description
We forged Firebrand in 2012 in a converted milking parlour on the untamed edge of Bodmin Moor, North Cornwall. The idea was born from our passion for beer made from all-natural ingredients, Cornish spring water, and American hops.
We brew beer that we love to drink and pride ourselves on our craft. Whether it’s a Hazy Vegan IPA or a Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, we regularly refine and tweak our recipes to brew the best beer we can.
Originally launched because the co-owner and head brewer of Penpont Brewery Joe Thompson wanted to brew a more modern style so Firebrand Brewing Co. was created.

Can at L6, thanks to Fergus, 13/06/18. Hazed golden with a well presented off white cap. Nose is airy malts, bitter orange, straw, dusty hops. Taste comprises sweet malts, orange peel, light perfume, toasted grains, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with modest grassy hop bitterness. So so for the style, lacks hops and dithers in 3rd gear.
