Can at home picked up from HOTM. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting white frothy head. Aroma is subdued, semi sweet, flaked wheat, zesty orange, orange oil. Flavour is composed of woody citrus, bark, orange rind, earthy grains,. asserting bitterness. little chalky. Palate is semi dery, flaky, highish carbonation. Disappointing.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours lightly hazy pale lemon yellow with a decent frothy white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet, nice melon character, greengage, kiwi, twist of lime, splash of lemonade and a touch floral. The taste is firm and dry, green, weedy, grassy, floral, piney, pithy, zesty, lemon - lime, melon, greengage, star fruit, touch of floury bread and straw with a drying, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Rather nice stuff. Wasn't expecting that firm bitterness, which I enjoy.

Can. A mild haze on this pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thinnish malts, mildly sweet. Sweet ricey vibe and mildly sweet and vaguely floral lime. Finishes light and crisp. Simplistic but it's alright if you like lime, fortunately I do.

Can from HoTM. It pours pretty much black with a quickly dissipating brown head. The aroma is toasty, rich roasted malt, umami nutty, cacao, coffee grounds and just a touch of sweetness. The taste is dry, rich roasted malt, bitter - sweet, toasty, touch of umami, liquorice, dark chocolate, chocolate bourbons and some coffee with a toasty finish. Average body and limited carbonation. A touch more condition would elevate this. Nice one anyhow.
