Cask @ Crown & Kettle, Manchester. Cloudy yellow-amber with a creamy head. Has a lot of depth in terms of texture despite its lower strength, although this does impact its fruity taste, remaining low and bland. It has a good fruity nose though.

Cask @ Tap and Can. Hazed gold appearance, small white head. Wheaty pale malt aroma. Soft and light feel, easy-drinking with fleeting hop fruit accompanying an oaty smooth palate. Not especially flavoursome, but light and drinkable enough.

440ml can. Pours dark orange brown with a medium head. Aroma is very malty, molasses, caramel and treacle. Taste has caramel to start with some raisin and molasses on the boozy finish.

Cask @ Nightjar, Hebden Bridge. Very mildly hazy golden ale with a head. Its sorachi ace hops are very evident giving a pseudo coconut taste to its hoppy character.
