Description
Welcome to Thirst Class Ale, a Stockport based micro-brewery creating exciting hand crafted beers. We make our beers with the finest ingredients available and maintain a painstaking dedication to quality ensuring all our beers are truly Thirst Class. Established in 2014 we have a loose core range we brew regularly as well as a constant stream of specials and collaborations ensuring we always have something new and exciting available.

Closed June 2023 due to economic pressure.

Can from The Brewery Webshop. Dark brown pour with a light beige head. Nose is blackcurrant jam, liquorice toffee, raisin. Taste is dark fruits, liquorice, touch of citrus. Long bitter finish.

Can from The Brewery Webshop. Mahogany coloured pour with a beige head. Nose is raisin, banana, touch of caramel. Similar action in the taste. Malty sweet doo dah.

Can from The Brewery Webshop. Hazy gold pour with a white head. Nose is banana, apricot crumble, touch of sweet citrus. Taste is banana, orange cheesecake, apricot. Yeasty bittersweet finish.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 29th March 2022. Copper with shallow off-white foam and spot lacing. Caramel malt aroma with spicy hop notes. Rich tangerine peel and nutty hazelnut malts in-mouth, with a savoury undertone. Velvety finish of mildly spiced orange zest and sweet malts. Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Superb.

Can from The Brewery Webshop. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Nose is mango, papaya, peach, lots of sweet fruit in the aroma. Taste is tropical fruit, sweet citrus, peach. Long sweet fruit linger.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 9/3/2022. Pale gold in colour, with a slight, white, head. Plenty of citrus fruit character, some floral hops, crisp malts and a dryish finish. Good.
