Re-rate draught at Söderbärke Ölfestival and Glenfiddich Warehouse, Stockholm. The green apples are replaced by milky chocolate. The mouthfeel is now more rounded. Much improved comparing to what I had at Stockholm Beer Fest.
Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival Black, small beige head. Aroma of spicy hops, licorice and green apples. Medium sweet with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Some chocolate before a salty, tarry finish. Too much green apples. [4/4/5/3/9 = 2.5]

On tap at Bishops Arms, Gothenburg. A bit unclear, golden ale with a small off-white head. Grapefruit, citrus and some pine in the aroma. The flavor is the same, but with some sweetness. A bit thin body, and a fruity and hop-bitter finish. Another pleasant beer from Dugges, but the beers tend to be more of the pleasant type, than of the really killer-beers. (060825)

Bottle. Pours a really dark brown body, next to black, with a small beige head on top. Slightly sour aroma, indicating the beer being over the top, but after letting it rest for a while, roasted and burnt malt is taking over the show. There’s also chocolate, coffee and a fruity touch. Roasted, burnt chocolate and coffee flavor, with a little acidic note in the background, strenghtening my theory of the beer being over the top. Medium body, quite dry. Finishes as it starts, with a good coffee-like bitterness, and a fruity, hoppy touch. Well, not excactly my idea of a porter the way it’s experienced now, so I leave the old rating untouched. Rating: 6-4-6-3-12-3.1. And that’s probably too generous. (080816)
Tank at the brewery. Dark, dark brown with just some reddish notes. Topped off with a small, tan head. Chocolate dominates the aroma, and is followed by coffee, roasted malt and some fruity hints. The flavor is with chocolate and coffee, quite sweet and with some fruitiness. A refreshing, mild porter with a long finish that is quite coffee-bitter. Medium body. I like it. (060825)

Tank at the brewery. Clear, golden, with a large, dense off-white head. Spices, wheat, yeast and fruits in the aroma. Fruity and yeasty flavor with spices, wheat and medicine-notes. Medium body and a nice bitterness in the finish. The beer serves well cold, and feels refreshing. No wheat or spices are used in the brewing of the beer. Strange. (060825)

Amber color. Very nice aroma of hops, green hops, quite grassy. Excellent malty flavor, good body structure, mellow; caramel; very good hopping (aromatic and very long final); some resins. Excellent hoppy brew.

On tap at The Rover, Gothenburg. Clear, copper color and a beige head leaving nice lacings. Hops and sweet malt in the aroma and flavor. The flavor has some beefstock notes as well. Full to medium body and a long, bitter finish. Rating: 6-3-6-3-13-3.1. (060824)
Bottle. An almost clear, copper beer with an off-white to beige head. Malty nose with fluorine-like hops and a slight touch of sourness. Sweet on the palate, medium- to full-bodied, with piney and fluorine-like hops. Fine bitterness in the finish. I’ve had it in my cellar too long, it lacks the freshness I’ve tasted before, but it’s a nice and easy drinkable beer with quenching qualities. Rating: 6-3-6-3-13-3.1. (090116)
From tank at the brewery. Clear, copper-colored beer with a creamy beige head. Pine, american hops, fruits and resin in the aroma. The flavor has pine, hops, fruits and some caramel notes. Full-bodied, with a long hoppy finish. A nice one from Dugges, but it felt better fresh from the tank than from tap at a bar. (060825)

(On tap) Slightly hazy amber golden with a decent, white head. Some light caramel and some flowers in the nose. Light to medium-bodied with sweetish, malty accents. Perhaps a bit of caramel and nuts. Quite smooth and pleasant. 250806

(On tap) Clear, very dark - almost opaque - orangey brown with a tall, handsome, beige head with good retention and leaving laces. Soft aroma of roasted malt. Rather light body with sweetish, roasted malty notes - but also both coffee and chocolate. A discreet malt bitterness. "Our summer Porter", the brewer explained. 250806
