(On tap) Clear, pale amber with a somewhat rough head. Vaguely citrusy nose. Medium body with lightly sweet malt that is immediately balanced by dry, grapefruitish aroma hops that don’t leave too much bitterness. Pleasant and refreshing. 250806

(On tap) Clear amber with a handsome and frothy off-white head. Fresh and floral nose. Medium body, lightly sweet with fresh, floral and lightly citrusy notes. Very light, fresh and quaffable, but I don’t really find it that Belgian in style. 250806

(On tap) Beautiful, clear, dark amber with a small, off-white head. Very fat hop aroma. Medium body with rich, caramelish notes and then an extremeky fresh, citrusy hopping that leaves a solid but not overpowering bitterness. Doesn’t really appear to be 7.5% 240806

From the tank at the brewery, RBESG. This is the brewery’s "brown porter" or "summer porter". Deep reddish brown colour, nearly black. Creamy tan head. Roasty aroma and flavour with notes of coffee and chocolate. Maybe a tad too sugary in the flavour, still it is fairly light bodied and easy drinking.

From the tank at the brewery, RBESG. According to the brewer, this beer "with a Belgian palate" is the result of a mistake, and it is weaker than intended. Deep golden colour, slightly hazy, large head. Moderate yeasty aroma with faint hints of barnyard. Moderate flavour of "dusty" hops, faint hints of pepper, fairly dry. Mouthfeel is too watery.

Draught. Hazy amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma of apricot, hops and caramel. Flavour is flowery hops with hints of sour fruits. Strong dryness in palate, but still the brew is also smooth. Long hoppy aftertaste.

Draught from tank. Black colour (or very dark ruby red), big brownish head. Aroma is strong roast and smoked malts. Also hints of black coffee. Flavour is old strong black coffee along with roasted malts. Aftertaste is coffee and roast. Very welldone beer. Full of stuff, even though the ABV is quite low.
