A hazed yellow blonde wit with a thin white head. In aroma, light sweet banana with sulfur notes, off flavors, clove extract, problematic. In mouth, a light watery fruity malt with sulfur, skunk, bad... Disappointed. On tap at Ottawa Folkfest 2014.

On tap at the Ottawa Beerfest. A ruddy amber pour. It has a malty  and bready aroma. The taste is medium bodied, zesty pine and caramel.simple and sweet.

They redeemed themselves with this beer. On tap at the Ottawa Beer fest. A dark brown pour with a thick tan head. Looks good, nice aroma of roastiness, soft cocoa and light molasses. The taste is sweet maple sugar, good smokiness - it really does evoke a sugar shack. The body is somewhat thin though. Man this is night and day from Raspberry Princess.

First beer of the day and worst of the day - possibly just tapped keg. On tap at the Ottawa Beer fest. Raspberry Princess a milky peach fizz looking witbier. Mild aroma, no head, yuck horrible club soda like carbonation + taste. No real fruit flavor to it, think a shitty wine cooler.

Sampled at the 2014 Winterbrewed Craft Beer Festival on Valentines’ Day. Cola-looking with a beige head, big and long lasting with decent lace. Aromas of hoppy grass that make this one quite hoppy at first. Dark malt nose found in the background. Same for the taste with roasted malts lingering and some hop bitterness. Wet mouthfeel with a little dryness in the finish. Interesting style, but more like an Impy IPA. Not a fan of the hops used, but well-brewed overall.

Huge grapefruit aroma here with some pine. Lots of hops. Super bitter at finish and comes together well. Soft carbonation, pours cloudy amber without much head or lacing. Tap at Winterbrewed.

Very good. Great beer and a dangerous session ale due to the fact that the booze is so well-hidden. Kind of strange in terms of style, though. Light roast malt but focus is on hops. Light note of anise. Nice bitter finish. Average carbonation. Tap at Winterbrewed.
