355ml can that pours a dark brown colour with ruby-copper highlights. The head is lightly mocha-coloured, frothy, kind of creamy with good retention and some streaks of foamy-creamy lacing. Big fresh grind coffee aromas at first with the roasted malts and dried plums. The taste shows a little sweetness, where the tiramisu dessert comes out. The coffee is present with some good bitterness coming out in the end. Dryness, with the roasted malts, charred notes and plums. Not as sweet, rich and desserty as I thought it would be, but more drinkable. A nice heavier stout.

Can that pours a light hazy, bright golden-yellow colour with a big frothy, creamy warm cap that has very good retention, leaving some creamy-foamy lacing streaks. Juicy, hoppy aromas with some pineapple notes. The taste shows a bit of the fruity sweetness but with some nice grassy bitterness in the finish. This adds some dryness in the finish. All-around, a pretty good light Pale Ale.

Slightly hazy at first with a bright golden-yellow colour, a big frothy-creamy head. very good retention and full lacing. Citrus hop aromas with some well-blended grass notes and mild yeast. The flavours are pretty mild with again citrus, hints of pineapples. Refreshing, crisp mouthfeel with just enough dryness. This one is going down very well.

Yep, the apricot and plum is definitely in the aromas. Caramel-peach coloured, hazy with a cap that leaves a little lacing. Sourness comes out in the nose, but even more in the taste. Plums linger a very long time to help the tartiness. The apricot balanced out the rest. Hints of raisins on the tongue. If you like these two fruits, you might really this. Well-brewed kettle sour.

Hazy bright yellow colour with a big frothy-soapy white cap that stays a while, leaving some foamy lacing. Aromas of the citrus found in a Saison with the fresh hops adding a lot to this. The Saison yeast is also present here. The mouthfeel is fairly thin and with a decent dryness in the end. Flavours of citrus, spices and fresh herbal hops. Everything works well here, so good collaboration. This could be a regular rotation refreshing dry-hopped Saison.
