A blonde wit with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light coriander, curacao, cloves, ok. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light curacao, ok. On tap at brewery.

2019 edition 500ml bottle - under Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. Black coloured without highlights with a beige cap, good retention and some creamy lacing. Nicely balanced boozy aromas with the bourbon notes, liquorice, dark fruits, molasses, coffee and caramel. Flavours have the alcohol as well, warming a bit at first, with some good hops that help the finish with a dry edge. The bourbon is in the background with the roasted malts, molasses and chocolate hints. The mouthfeel is smooth and creamy in the middle. Quite a nice strong stout that I hope to try again next year.

Thanks to AleRider78 for this can from brewery. Pours a hazy golden-orange colour with a fizzy white top that dissipates averagely and a little foam is left around, and covering the brew. Aromas of Saison with the yeast, fruitiness from the wheat and spicy hops. The peaches blends well with this. Pretty much the same for taste. The hops nicely balance the dry finish. Not syrupy, not too fruity, so goes down easily.

Can from the brewery that pours a lightly hazy, light golden-yellow colour with a soapy off-white cap that stays a little and leaves foamy streaks. Mildly sweet aromas from the oranges, malts and yeast. Gets hazier as it pours. Hard to get the coriander, but a little spicy. Light orange flavours with some decent hops in the finish. Slightly dry. Alright, but not my favourite witbier. Good session brew for the lower alcohol, but just lacking the orange zest and coriander punch.

Can from the brewery. A real dark brown colour with very little copper highlights. The head is mocha-coloured, frothy, has decent retention and leaves a few spots of lacing. Beautiful aromas of coffee with dark bitter chocolate and cocoa. Hints of maple syrup and butterscotch. The taste is mild with the coffee and chocolate notes. Some nice hop blends the finish. Not too dry though, and because of the lower alcohol content, not syrupy - which helps the drinkability. A lighter Oatmeal Stout. A good beer for a good cause.

Can from the brewery, pouring a clean golden-amber colour with an off-white frothy-bubbly cap that stays a decent amount of time and leaves foamy patches. Spicy fresh grassy hops over a nose of caramel malt base. Some citrus. The mouthfeel is pretty dry with lingering citrus peel bitterness. The base is a little more on the bready side, with the Helles style. Hints of mints and burnt leaves are also present in the flavours. Quite a hoppy Session IPA that is hard to imagine it is only 3.9%.

Can from the brewery that pours a hazy golden colour with an orange hue. The head is off-white, frothy-foamy with decent stay and some soapy lacing. Fruity citrus nose with some tropical fruit notes. One of the hops gives out mild burnt green leaves. The taste has this hop as well which does not really go will these juicy NEIPAs. Not as juicy as expected. Hints of pineapples and the bitterness is high for the style. Big particles floating around. Decent brew, just not my kind of juicy New England IPA.

Can from the brewery that pours a clean golden colour with a big warm frothy head, good retention and creamy-bubbly lacing. Fresh leaf nose from the hops, so mostly floral and mild. The taste is where the bitterness shows up, creating some decent dryness. Flavours are herbal. Gets a little hazy as it pours. Feels like drinking what comes out of citrus peel once squeezed. Interesting, but not fruity-juicy as I like them. An old-school hop bomb IIPA.

Hazy golden-amber colour with a light beige, smaller head and a tiny coat of the brew. Cereal malt aromas with caramel and fruity hints (bananas, apples). Big caramel flavours at first, with the hops showing up in the finish, covering the malts with bitterness. Nicely dry mouthfeel. Maybe not as well balanced between the caramel and the hops, but still a flavourful APA.
