A blonde DIPA with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, dank and herbaceous notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, tropical fruit, alcohol warmth, light dank notes, pleasant. On tap at Ottawa winter brewfest 2019.

A murky amber red ale with a thin big bubbled off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light maraschino cherries, light vanilla, very close to the black forest cake. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light chocolate notes, light fruity esters, light vanilla, OK. On Cask at October West 2018.

En Fût au Festibière de Gatineau. Du bon chocolat et une belle amertume de torréfaction en fin de bouche. Du chocolat sucré, du chocolat au lait. Notes de mélasse, de caramel. Amertume de café. Texture grasse, beaucoup de corps. Bel équilibre entre les sucres et l’amertume. Très bien fait.

Draft: Poured a clear orangey color ale with a nice foamy head. Aroma of citrusy hops with light dry malt notes. Taste of citrusy hops notes with light bitterness with some dry malt notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Classic style West Coast IPA with some discernible bitterness.

Draft: Poured a clear golden color Kolsch with a nice white foamy head. Aroma of cereal notes, light residual sugar notes with some buttery notes. Taste is also dominated by lots of buttery notes with some cereal notes and some residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. I understand that some buttery notes can be apparent in Kolsch but this was maybe a bit over the top.

Pours a clean golden colour with a warm frothy head, decent stay and some foamy patches. Nice aromas that fit the style with the spicy pils malts and caramel notes. The taste is also grainy with some light sweetness and a tad dryness in the finish. All-around, this is quite well-done for the style. Nothing bad to say about this Kölsch. Will have again.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with British resinous hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous British hops, herbaceous character, nice and smooth. On tap at Brewery Market sept 2017.
