Pours a clean light-amber colour with golden highlights. Beautiful tiny-bubble carbonation, creating a warm-biege bubbly head, decent retention and streaks of foaming lacing. Toasty malt aromas with some caramel notes and light hops. The taste shows the darker cereal grains, but with the grassiness of the hops, giving a nice dry finish. This cuts the sweetness of the malts. It goes down nicely !

Slightly hazy golden-amber colour with a frothy warm cap, average retention leaving a little foam on top. Typical nice Saison aromas with Belgian sweet yeast, fruitiness, hints of bananas and mild alcohol. The mouthfeel is nicely warming with this higher alcohol, and a decent dryness. Crisp, not too heavy, and not syrupy to gross out the tongue. Lightly spicy flavours with the milder Saison characteristics. Goes down very well for 8% and this style.

Light clean golden colour with light carbonation, but the white head is quite big, full frothy, kind of creamy with very good retention and wavy thick foamy-creamy lacing. Nice sour nose with grape notes and hints of hops. The mouthfeel is on the flat side with a decent dry finish from the mild hops. Sour and grapes again in the taste. An easy-drinking kettle sour beer.

Can from brewery pouring a slight hazy, light golden-yellow colour with a small frothy white head leaving a foamy ring, minimal lacing. Aromas of pineapples and vanilla, not too strong, with hints of a sour wild ale. Flavours shows some nicely balanced grassy hops, tropical fruits and a tad wild funk. Gets hazier at last pour. A pretty nice juicy, NEIPA overall.

Can from the brewery with a golden colour, slightly creamy warm cap, decent stay and not much lacing. Creamsicle smell for sure with the orange fruitiness, kettle sourness and milky creaminess. Flavours are nicely blended with the sour notes, blood orange and mild creamy factor. The alcohol is very well-hidden. Some of the ice cream notes are left on the tongue.
