Bottle: Poured a pale red color cider with good carbonation. Aroma of cranberry and dry apple notes with faint wild yeast notes. Taste is a semi-dry mix of cranberry and apple notes with some faint wild yeast notes. Interesting variation and mix of flavours.

Bottle: Poured a light hazy yellow color cider with great carbonation. Aroma of medium sweet apple with light funny ester. Taste is a mix of funky ester, some Brett notes with some semi-sweet apple and a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable cider with a good mix of drinkability and complexity.

Golden color cider with great carbonation. Nice mix of fresh apple notes with some grape notes with a dry finish with some strong funky flavors and some light tart Brett notes. Nice complex cider with good drinkability though quite strong on the funky side.

Golden color cider with great carbonation. Nice mix of fresh apple notes with subtle plum notes with a dry finish with some strong funky flavors and some light tart Brett notes. Nice complex cider with good drinkability though quite strong on the funky side.
