4oz sample at the source. Mostly clear deep copper color with a dense bubbly off white head that persists. Aromas of toffee and caramel with some faint earth and fruit. Flavor is lots of caramel and toffee with just enough earthy hops and fruit to balance this. Pretty nice mild.

4oz sample at the source. Mostly clear deep yellow color with a dense white head. Aromas of crackery pilsner malt and spicy floral hops. Flavor follows the aroma but adds just a hint of astringency, Decent Kolsch.

4 oz. draft taster @ Liars Bench. The aroma is full of citrus hops, pale grain (honey) and light resin. Taste at first is mostly malt but then becomes very resinous. The hops come to life as it warms. The hops are pine/ earthy resin dominant and linger for a longer duration after the sip. If you like Pacific northwest hops this will be your jam. Just enough malt to provide a little balance.

4 oz. taster @ Liars Bench. Pours a golden straw with thin head. Aroma is sweet malts, cereal, faint hop in the background. Mouthfeel is medium to lighter with soft/ mild carbonation and notes of sweet malts, yeast, and some grain. Pretty much a text book Kolsch, easy to drink and well made.

At the source. Hazy pale yellow, thin head. Aroma is mild yeast, lemons, straw.
The yeast has nice character, lemons, straw, musty basement hint. Yeast lingers slightly lighter body with a slick texture. Pretty pleasing.
