Brewery draught, 1/21/23. Seems clear, greyish-mahogany. Dark beige head, low retention. Salty, crunchy, strong, dark coffee with vanilla-like character and such. Strong roasted barley, light caramel. No alcohol or flaw noted. A bit of smokiness is nice, salty, peppery and all. Is indeed thin on the malt depth. But otherwise clean, very flavorful and not boozey.

Brewery draught, 1/21/22. Moderately hazy, light bronze. Small, white head. Soft hops, juicy, light honey-like malt, hints of pomelo, melony fruit, that sort of thing. Clean, no alcohol. Maltier than their other beers, but some strong cheese in there? Or is this diacetyl...might be that. Not horrendous, but it certainly distracts. Pine and citrus with lingering light resinous bitterness and mildly syrupy honey like character. No alcohol noted.

8 oz. Draft. Aroma is dark chocolate, caramel, salt. Flavor is mostly the same. The body is lean. If the body was a touch fuller, it would score higher.

8 oz. Draft. Aroma of earthy malt, autumn leaves, yeast. The aroma is the flavor. Body is lean. But it ends clean enough. Easy drinking.

Brewery draught, 1/21/23. Clear mahogany. Small, dark beige head, lowish retention. Pleasing chocolate and vanilla, light licorice, plum and raisin on the end with a touch of bitter molasses. Clean. Soft, clean, thin though. The textures at this brewery are light, thin, little malt depth. Clean and flavorful otherwise. Straightforward stout.

Brewery draught, 1/21/23. Clear auburn-mahgenta. Small, beige head, moderate retention. Smells like tons of mineral, minimal toast, light vanilla and dark fruits. Clean, no alcohol. Very light, lots of prune and raisin, some graininess, malt depth is lacking, with a lot of things, graininess on the end. Clean, well-presented flavors and good yeast character, at least.
