750ml bottle. Murky, darkest chestnut colour with late awakening, average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, superbly lacing, off-white to beige head. Whisky (Bourbon) dominated aroma, notes of oak, vanilla, caramel, toffee. Taste is slightly better balanced - no, that’s wrong: shows more of the underlying beer’s characteristics; overall moderately sweet, oak, vanilla and toffee notes are supplemented by fruity hints of apple, a dry touch of green apple parings; soft palate, smooth carbonation. The genuine beer is disguised in almost its entirety; at least it’s hard to even estimate a style category by the little you can get: a plain-vanilla Vanilla-Killa owed to killa vanilla.

0,5 l bottle from P&M Getränke, best before 6/2/2016, 7.4 % abv (!). Murky, dark orangeish yellow with a huge, creamy, persistent, off-white head. Some very ugly flocs at the bottom of my glass as well. Heavy, spicy aroma of banana, clove, honeydew and peach. Sweetish taste of banana, vanilla and clove, accompanied by a fruity note of peach and honeydew. Great! Short, just slightly bitter finish with a gentle peppery and alcoholic note. Full body, smooth and creamy mouthfeel, average carbonation. Another fantastic weizenbock: lovely aroma, gorgeous taste and a pleasant palate.

750ml bottle. Clear, golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Floral, yeasty spicy, minimally soapy aroma, hints of rose hip, hibiscus and the like. Taste is moderately sweet malty, slightly fruity and floral, notes of rose hip and sherbet-like, artifical strawberry flavours; later the yeast profile changes to apricot and delivers some surprising funky notes.
