Bottled. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Ripe banana and bandaid up front. Dry with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Dough, banana and andaid. Low bitterness.

Smooth fruity nose. The beer starts quite sourish with smooth hints. Sourish lemon body with nice Weizen aroma. Fresh and easy to drink but not too deep. Smooth mild aftertaste, citrus with sweetish grain, malty body, interesting combination.

0.33 l bottle from Craft Beer Schneider’s Longerich, best before 30/12/2016. Hazy, luscious orange with a thin, soapy, slowly diminishing, white head. Fruity aroma of mango, grapefruit, honeydew, vanilla, some booze and minimal hints of banana. Sweetish-fruity aroma of mango, orange, honeydew and vanilla, followed by a medium bitter, slightly cheap-boozy, grapefruity finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Rather disappointing if you await another gem like Schneider’s Hopfenweisse. Quite boozy and therefore a bit unround, also not that convincing regarding taste and aroma. Lacks body as well while head and carbonation are remarkably thin/low. Bummer!

Würzig hefiger Antrunk, der schnell getreidig wird. Zu starke Karbonisierung, ab dem Mittelteil eher herb als hefig, trocken. Dunkel getreidiger, leider sehr milder Nachhall. 12/10/9/7/9/8
