500 ml bottle. Clear light golden with a creamy head. Bread, metal, grain, hay, citrus. Mild dry metallic bitterness, grainy bready sweetness. Medium to light bodied, oily watery texture, soft to lively carbonated, mild dry grainy strawy metallic finish. Decent Helles.

Bottle. Cloudy metallic amber. Malty sweet metallic hay. Taste is lovely chewy, bit bubblegum. Decent.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Thursday 27th April 2023 listening to Steve Lamaq and then his Round Table shortly on 6Music, making Chicken, Mushroom and Asparagus Pies. Pours mid gold, excellent clarity there is a large white head. Nice soft carbonation, good mouthfeel, quite clean tasting a little bit soapy hop as opposed to grassy hop. A little on the sweet side. Some gassy burps. It's good.

Relativ dunkle Farbe für ein helles Weizen. Viel Hefe. Muss kräftig ausgeschüttelt werden (lieber ruhig etwas länger), sonst gibt es hässliche Bröckchen. Geschmacklich eine tolle Mischung aus Malz und Banane. Ein Hauch Schokolade, Aprikose und Orange. Die Hefe spielt geschmacklich mit rein, wird aber klar auf die Plätze verwiesen. Eine säuerliche Note schwebt im Hintergrund kurz vorbei und bildet einen nötigen Gegenpol. Hopfung recht mild - wie es sich für ein bayerisches Weizen gehört. Wirklich sehr lecker. Schön weiche Konsistenz, Kohlensäure maximal im Mediumbereich angesiedelt. Wenn man dem Bier überhaupt etwas ankreiden will, dann könnte man sagen für die ordentlichen 5,4 % Alk. dürfte es etwas gehaltvoller / schwerer sein. Ganz einfach, weil man von dem tollen Geschmack pro Schluck gerne noch etwas mehr im Mund hätte. Trotzdem: Ein echt gut gemachtes Weißbier.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm consumed at home Sunday 2nd April 2023, about to cook Biryani with Stuffed Morels, will listen to Billy Nomates - Cacti. Pours dark gold, light amber almost clear, large white head. This is a style that I don't try that often, a little metallic with a light bitterness, fine but not particularly excited by this.

Frothy white head on an unclear amber coloured body. Malt, pine, herbal & resinous aroma. Medium sized, soft over the tongue with a sticky back. Herbal, malt, spicy, pine & berry tastes with lightly hopped bitter finish. Lovely quaffer.

Flaska från Bierothek. Valnötsfärgad vätska med högt stabilt smutsvitt skum. Stor kropp, mjuk och len, relativt torr, massor av malt, bröd, mjölkchoklad, mjöl, en lätt fruktig sötma, mörka bär. Lätt beska. Mycket gott
