50 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy yellow with a lacing white head. Aroma is light spiced and of cardboard. Flavour is dry malty and with a light spiced into a cardboard note. Ends off and light spiced.

Bottle. Clear medium to dark brown black color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (201207)

The bottle is simple, but good. The beer has a fine aroma, very fresh. Tastes the same, very zippy. A good beer.

Bottle. Hazy medium yellow / orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (251107)

Hefiger Antrunk, Süße und Säuerlichkeit halten sich in Waage. Die Hefigkeit ist frisch und auch im Mittelpunkt im Vordergrund. Eine leichte Hopfigkeit taucht zusammen mit einem süßen Ton auf. Im Nachgeschmack minimal sauer. Test vom 5.12.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,9,9,10,12,9 - 9,60

Hopfig-wässriger Antrunk, lasch. Etwas süßlich, im Mittelteil wird das Bier etwas malziger, anschließend herber. Der feinherbe Ton wird stärker und spielt daher im nachgeschmack die Hauptrolle, daneben wässrig, langweilig. Test vom 29.11.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 5,6,6,7,10,6 - 6,25

Malziger, aber auch irgendwie etwas wässriger Antrunk. Die Malzigkeit gerät zunehmend in den Hintergrund, auch wenn sich kein Aroma wirklich davor schiebt. Eher lasch wirkt auch die Hopfigkeit, auch wenn sie zum Abgang hin stärker wird. Mildes Schwarzbier, oder eher: Mildes Dunkles. Test vom 29.11.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,7,9,7,10,7 - 7,65

Sehr blasses Aussehen. Mäßig zitroniger, etwas herber Antrunk. Im Mittelteil deutlich schwächer, das Fruchtaroma ist nur noch schwach vernehmbar, die Herbe nimmt etwas zu. So endet das Bier dann auch, eher herb als fruchtig, insgesamt aber eigentlich wässrig. Extrem mildes Radler. Test vom 28.11.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,8,8,5,8,6 - 6,65

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of straw. The flavor is sweet mlaty with notes of straw, leading to a dry metallic finish.
