Bottle at tasting. Aroma of weird unripe red fruit, berries and tart. Taste has sour fruits, tart, oak, vinegar and again these unripe strawberry. A bit too simple and lacks some nice full fruit to balance the tart and sourness.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a cloudy pink ruby with small off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong funk, rubber, wood, grape. Medium body, tart cherry, strong funk, wood, very good.

Cask @ In de Wildeman, or actually, the bartender thought it was bottles emptied in a cask/firkin, so I might as well say it was from bottle. Whatever. Hazy red/purple color. Frothy head, not much. Aroma’s: sour, fruit, cherry-ish, light funky. Retronasal it’s sour but soft, mild, berries, light sweetness even. Flavor is moderate sour, mild, fruit. Light bodied. Low carbonation. Finishes sourish, with grain and fruit. EDIT: no emptied bottles, but a one off cask/firkin, especially, ehm, dry-blueberried for In De Wildeman.
