Bottle. Murky purple color with white head. Aroma is spiced (cinnamon), cassis skin. Taste is more spicy, cassis skin, some yoghurt. Dry finish, medium carbonation. The spicing is quite irritating, it’s a bit too much if you ask me.

Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish dry, sorrel, oak, minerals, grass, citrus, dried fruits, vanilla, old rope, bark, hay. Taste is sour-ish dry, sorrel, oak, grass, minerals, citrus, weeds, soda powder, citrus acid, unripe berries, bark. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle at Pre-Borefts. Slight hazy golden with white head. Lots of funny herbs, dough, rosemary, light gooseberry. Soft sweetness, medium sour and light bitter. Almost medium bodied. Nice!

Bottle at the pre-Borefts tasting, Den Haag, 2016. Poured a murky orange Amber. The aroma is acid citrus. The flavour is moderate acid sour with a big yeast bitter fruit palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Sampled @ Pre-Borefts-Tasting 2016. Trübes orange goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch mild säuerlich, Aprikosen. Geschmack mild säuerlich, Kraut, holzig Aprikosen .

Bottle at the pre-Borefts tasting, Den Haag, 2016. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is acid citrus fruit. The flavour is light sour with a light watery yeast fruit light vinegar, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Trockener, fruchtig säuerlicher Antrunk. Spritzig, sehr harmonisch, vollmundig. Die Fruchtigkeit ist mild aber perfekt eingebracht, leider im Nachgeschmack schnell schwächer werdend. 10/12/11/11/10/12
