Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours an opaque dark orange with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of rustic saison yeast, oak, and subtle dry-hopping. Flavour has a bunch of earthiness, muddled wild yeast, and maybe a touch of oxidized hops. Not working for me.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is dominated by the rosemary, with bitter orange peel, and a touch of bugginess. Flavour is full of rosemary, bitter citrus peel, and bugs. Not a fan of the rosemary in here but the beer is well-made. Good.
