Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours an opaque dark orange with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of rustic saison yeast, oak, and subtle dry-hopping. Flavour has a bunch of earthiness, muddled wild yeast, and maybe a touch of oxidized hops. Not working for me.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is dominated by the rosemary, with bitter orange peel, and a touch of bugginess. Flavour is full of rosemary, bitter citrus peel, and bugs. Not a fan of the rosemary in here but the beer is well-made. Good.

Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A clear blushed gold, peach coloured pour with a lasting halo of white head. Aroma is sour, lemon, funk, apricot, rose water, like smoke. Flavour is composed of sour. Lemon, pithy lemon, apricot fuzz, tangy lemon. Palate is sharp tangy, lemon, peach fuzz. Tangy, mellow carbonation. Interesting,

MBCC 2025. Session #4.
