Established in 2003
In 2007 we relocated to our existing building, designed and built from scratch. With constant growth, Brewhouse expansion, new products and revamped recipes, we’ve travelled through kegs to cans to 650ml bottles and into growlers, currently distributing throughout BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and into Manitoba. As we continue to grow, we’ll never forget our roots. It’s as simple as Good Beer from a Good Town.

650ml waxed bottle. Pours an opaque dark brown with a small, creamy, short lived, tan head that laces nicely. Sweet aroma of caramel malt, rum, oak, Belgian yeast, date, plum, molasses and spice. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, brown sugar, raisin, plum, Belgian yeast, spice and oak in a dry, mild bitter, warming rum finish. Medium to full body with a sticky, syrupy texture and soft carbonation. Smooth and nice to sip on.

Green onion and some orange peel. Hazy yellow pour with decent head. Hop tang finish. Not a lot of personality. Tap at airport.

650 ml bottle. Pours a dark brown with moderate tannish head. Aromas of postage stamp, flat rum, dark fruit and sweet toasted malts. Flavors of oaky rum, raisins, copper, dry candi sugar, and toasted malts. Not a good barrel pairing for a quad.

Poured from 355mL can. Hazy blonde with small white head. Light citrusy notes, a hint grainy. Pretty bland and average.

355mL can, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is rather murky, with muted earthy hops, straw, and light chalk. Flavour is somewhat soapy and harsh in the hop department, with some light hopburn, soapy floral notes, and graininess. Not really anything pleasant about this -- harshly hoppy, unbalanced, and dirty. Poor.

On tap. Pours a clear pale gold with a small, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Sweet fruity aroma of pale malt, peach, passion fruit, strawberry and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, grapefruit, mango, cantaloupe and floral hops in a dry, slightly tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and tasty.

473ml can. Pours a hazy blonde with a small, fizzy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Mild fruity aroma of grainy wheat malt, pineapple and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy wheat malt, pineapple, faint mango and floral hops in a dry, slightly tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Too timid for me, but refreshing and crushable. A good summer beer to beat the heat.
