Draft: Poured a cloudy white yellow with a white head. Aroma is wheat and grain, light pungent. Taste nice tart forward melds with a grain balance. Very refreshing!

A pinkish grapefruit juice rosey Gose with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light lactic notes, light cherry, light Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet cherry soda with light mineral notes, light Epsom salts, light Brett, smooth acidity. On tap at Cajun Café spring beer fest 2016.

Bottle split at the brewpub, RBWG ’15, 20/02/15. Murky chestnut brown with a decent beige covering. Nose is sweet malt, rich caramel, toasted brown sugar, subtle barrel. Taste comprises rich maltings, biscuit crumble, toffee fudge, nutty, toasted brown sugar, light fruit loaf. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for style, drinks way below the ABV but on the other hand doesn’t deliver the depth of flavour the ABV warrants.

Keg at the brewpub, RBWG ’15, 20/02/15. Hazed pale yellow with a moderately appointed off white covering. Nose is pissy lemon, straw, sharp melon on the turn. Taste comprises lemon rind, hay, salt licks, faint bread, orange peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Adequate gose.
