Description
The tradition of our house goes back to Wolfgang Pfeffer, who founded the brewery in 1889. He made the recipe for our steam beer. His demands on quality and taste are still the guideline for our art of brewing. Bottle from beers of Europe. Deep amber colour with a thin head. Nutty and malty caramel aroma and taste. Sweet nutty and malty.

# 193; 1/2016. Velmi netradiční bavorský helles. Ve vůni ječnem a tropické ovoce. To samé se opakuje v chuti, kde se navíc přidávají kvasnice.

Orange color, hazy. Rhubarb in the aroma. malty flavor with traces of rhubarb, grapes and dust. medium bodied. MF is a bit fat. Fruity aftertaste. Very drinkable and likeable.

Blonde, cloudy. Swing top bottle. Citrus in the aroma. Earthy hoppy flavor with honey and citrus. Some sweetish citric flavors dominate the aftertaste. Quite likeable, this beer.

Fresh aroma of clove and a touch of flowers. Malty, flowery flavor with touches of hopbitterness and citrus. Hint of grape sugar. Easy drinker, but tasty. Well made hybrid beer.

Sold as "Kini" in a local Zwiesel tap in Bodenmais. Kini seems to be the local name for a dunkel. Brown color. Maltaroma. Malt, roast, caramel and some grassy hops in the flavor. Pleasant sweetish, low on carbon. Pear drups.
