Actually fairly crisp and easy drinking--surprisingly decent lager. Golden pour with ok head. Fizzy carbonation. Mostly crisp finish with something like noble hops. Bottle from a 7-11.

28/4/2020. Bottle from Mexgrocer. Pours an uninspiring mid-dark brown with minimal head. Aroma is malty, lightly roasted, some dark fruit, bit of burnt brown sugar and chocolate. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Not much body, quite thin, with soft to flat carbonation. Had hoped for better.

For the strength this is remarkably lacking in body and pretty tame flavour wise. It's a decent malty beer with a little chocolate in there but somewhat disappointing on the whole.

Poured from 330mL bottle. Clear copper gold with off white head. Bready malt with a touch of metallic-ness, hint of honey sweetness, mild alcohol. Seems to have potential, but presumably lacks shelf life (or the batches are just inconsistent).

33cl bottle pours a clear caramel brown with some white head. Nose has malt, brown sugar, caramel, date, raisin, yeast. Flavor is malt and caramel and brown sugar, some raisins, yeast, pumpernickel. Not quite as sweet as I thought. Not bad. Medium bodied finish. 7 4 7 4 13

33cl stubby pours a clear dark gold, white head. Big corn nose, malt, treacle, honey. Flavor has corn and honey mostly, golden raisin. Finishes nearly full bodied. I tell ya, doesn't drink like 8%.
