24/1/2025. Bottle shared by minutemat, cheers Mat! Pours very slightly hazy pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is yeasty. citrus, grainy, malt, herbal, lightly spiced. Moderately sweet, with some developing bitterness and a slight tart edge. Moderate body, average carbonation. Dusty finish. Okay.

500ml bottle from Super U, Hazebrouck. Pours a hazed gold, good white head. Decent blonde, grainy malt with honey-like tones. Don't have any sauerkraut to pair this with. A burger and parsnip chips will have to do.
