Golden with a small white head. Sweet malty aroma with honey notes, some apple and pear. Sweetish and full bodied flavour with pear fruit, grassy and herbal hops, in particular a touch of nettle

Cask at the Speaker, St James’s. It pours light hazy golden amber., with a thin bubbly white head. The nose is fairly subtle, some floral and hay. The taste is floral, hay, lemon pith, zesty, wood and toasted malt, with a dry, citric finish. Thin body and soft carbonation. Inoffensive.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, light pine, mandarine notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is rather Nelson Sauvin like fruity with also some slight catpissy and slightly sour wooden notes. Flavour is fruits, wood, some mild malts, mild Nelson notes as well. Pleasantly balanced.
