6th DRG, some bottles were available at Bert’s Bierhuis, Utrecht. Slightly hazy golden color, medium head. More like a light gueuze, than a flemish sour where usually there are some cherry-like notes. Soft, bit sweet and hoppy, some oakwood. Quite sour overall. Gets more intense while drinking.

Botlle at t’Waagstak in Antwerp. Golden with white head. Sour, farmyard aroma. But little bit of sweetness too. Sourness builds up in mouth, but the feel is quite velvety too. The farmyard carries on to teh end which has a mix of sweet and sour. A real change from the brown beers that I had been drinking. Some lemon. I like this, good mix and balance

Bottle. Pale pink-golden beer with a thin white head. Nice tart aroma with some malty fullness beneath. Light tart flavor with some fruitiness (apple/raspberry). Clean and refreshing. Nice complexity beneath the tartness.

11.2 oz bottle. Pours a murky brown with a small tan head. Aromas of vinegar, chocolate malts, and raisins. Rich, striking flavor, which reminds me a bit of a Scotch Ale. Strong choco-caramel maltiness, with some definite molasses, finishing with a very sweet linger (that hangs around for quite awhile). Definitely has more than its share of flavor... may be too sweet at the finish, but I’m kinda liking this one.
