Pours dark purplered. Scent is ful, mild vanilla, dark fruits, quite mellow and pleasant. Taste is full, rather high acidity, intense dark fruits (blueberry up front) pronounced vanilla. Quite damn smooth. Mildly booze. quite enjoyable !

Pours dark purplereddish. Scent is full, bit tannic /fruity. dark fruits. Taste is full, intense and bombastic. Fruity (blueberry, cassis) medium high acidity. Fullbodied. Not at all bad !

Pours clear, red amber. Scent is more mellow than the base, vanilla doesn't present itself very clearly, but it gives a more complex whole. still slightly herbal, strawberry and honey forward. Taste is full, sweet, strawberry, mildly acidic, mild vanilla factor providing greater complexity - builds up towards the aftertaste. very smooth experience. Quite enjoyable !

Pours clear, redcopper. Scent is slightly herbal, red berries, fairly intense, candy aspect. Taste is very intense, red fruits (strawberry, slightly herbal) , mild raspberry, mild acidity. Loud honey. Might have needed slightly more acidity.

Pours dark ruby copper. Scent is intense, fruit forward. cherry and raspberry up front, honey back. Taste is full, sweet, intense, cherry, raspberry, still a very pronounced honey flavor. Higher fruit acidity. Lovely mead indeed, rather high acidity - which I enjoy for sure, but this seems a touch to high for balance, making it unique and enjoyabel, but I can imagine also less charming to bigger crowds.
