RBESG 2019, Plzen. Thanks to Kermis for bringing this. Red color. Honey, some berries, cherries, in aroma and taste. Bit sweet, but this is mead. Tasty mead.

THT April. Pre-release sample from growler. Still and clear ruby red. Red currant, raspberries, blackberries, honey, vague hints of roasted paprika or something earthy. Very sweet, with a delicate sour fruity touch from the cherries and the raspberries. Full body, rich, low carbonation. Lovely stuff.

Bottle shared at THT April ‘19 thanks to the man himself! Clear red with pink head. Aroma of cherries, blackberry, raspberry and floral honey. Flavour is heavy sweet and above light acidic giving a wonderful balance. Light full bodied with soft carbonation. Amazing world class stuff from this new meadery.
