Sampled from growler at Borefts. Bit hazy pale straw. Passionfruit, pineapple, papaya, soft honey, light herbs. Light sweet, very light bitter. Lots of passionfruit. Over light bodied.

Bottle shared at Grand tasting, RBESG19. Dark pinkish red, no head. Cinnamon, dark cherry, light honey, red wine. Chocolate, blueberry cake. Very smooth, medium to full body, lasting finish, soft texture. A wonderful drink.

Bottle shared at Grand tasting, RBESG19. Ruby red, no head. Red wine, blackberry, red currant, honey and light spice. Candy, liqueur, cherry brandy, some alcohol, honey. Thick, slick and smooth. Difficult to compare with this one!

RBESG 2019. Ruby red color. Floral aroma and flavor with cinnamon, honey, blackberries, cassis, oak and vanilla. Massively sweet, but lots of fruit and sourness to compensate. Cinnamon in the finish. Great.

RBESG bottle #1 from 515. Clear red color. Cherry, marzipan and berries in the aroma. Honey and cinnamon. Massive sweet flavor, bit with compensatiegedrag sourness. Oak. Fruit jam. Brilliant!
Cinnamon, maple, honey, blackcurrant, blackberries. An amazing mead, incredibly delicious - and I don't really like meads! To those of you that haven't heard the name Kollektiv Mead, you should get acquainted with it really soon. 4.5

Blackcurrants, sour cherries, honey, raspberries and other dark berries, black pepper. Surprisingly well-balanced (read: not excessively sweet) for a mead, the blackcurrant notes outstanding! I could seriously drink this every day. 4.3

RBESG 19 Grand Tasting. Enormous thanks to Kermis for these! Red cherry juice mixed with spices, cinnamon mostly. Glühwein made with berry wine and some honey basically. That's the aroma. The taste though... cinnamon, blackberry, got cherry, but might as well be currant, the spicy touches are well integrated, guess the maple and the marshmellow are there mostly to help the mouthfeel and play softly in the background. The alcohol is more evident here though. This is one of those wows. Awesome.

RBESG 19 Grand Tasting. Enormous thanks to Kermis for bringing these. Deep ruby body. Elegant aroma, cherries break through above all the other berries, alcohol makes itself known, and then honey pipes in and says it's there. The cherries rule the taste too, sweet, and clean, and smooth and elegant, over light honey, smooth, so damn smooth, a tart berry (or maybe fermentation?) touch, very well hidden alcohol. A fucking classic.
