10/12/22: Bottle 4/84. Pretty light, not as crazy jammy or thick as some others. Plenty of fruit, light acidity and some sweetness. Fruity and vibrant, fresh. Quite tasty, could do with a bigger body and more intensity, but already very tasty.
13/1/23: I found some leftovers, woo! Bit of age and oxygen may have even improved it, just a little bit tarter and more dry vinousness, which showcases the body a tad better. Still lots of currants, blackberry, but the strawberry lost out. Keeping the rating.

A ton of coconut and blueberries, sweet honey, vanilla is there but not too much. Solid sweet, but again not too crazy. Very thick. Noice.

Finally I get to open this one! Had high hopes, and they mostly paid off. Big amount of blackcurrants indeed, together with some soft oakyness. Pretty sweet, not as jammy as your average Schramms, but nicely tasty. Great fruit.

EB. Another mead that comes off as quite dry. Acidity is a bit volatile but the berry profile is really damn good. Solid supporting honey base. Tasty!

Thanks RandomStrangerNL. Beautiful red, no head. Very sweet honey, lots and lots of red fruit, berries. Some cherry bubblegum. Massive sweet with sour counterpart. Crazy tasty.

Sampled. Almost clear deep red. Lots of tart berries, flowery honey, tart red berries, light fermentation notes. Medium sweet, almost medium sour. Full bodied. Really really good.
