Deep blue pour. Thick. The nose has something sweet, kind of reminds me of IHOP blueberry syrup back in the day. Very different in the mouth—tart acetic blueberry sharp

Bottle LCBO (those heathens). Nose is interesting cloves, and something sweet and mushy, the peaches I'd guess. Not the sour sucker-punch I expect from the first sip of SPBW. Peaches and cloves, cream and an mild acidic and funky bite. Wow this is great.

Bottle, 2020. Color: Slightly hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma: Floral, sweetish and tart at the same time. Taste: Very floral, sweetish and tart berries. Some oak wood. Light hints of caramel. Moderate sweet, over moderate to medium tart with some over medium tart acidic notes. Medium body, below average carbonation.

2021 edition pouring a clean, golden colour with a small white cap, average retention and some decent coating on the brew, foamy-creamy lacing. The nose is quite sour, as most of their brews, with some light wood and fruitiness. The taste is a puckering sourness with again, the mild fruit in the background. Gets a little hazed up at the last pour. Getting some hints of coconut with the pineapple. A pretty good fruity, sour, aged brew.
