Pale straw comor and a white, quick dissapearing head. Nice balance of apples and pears, slightly sweet, refreshimg and crisp.

33cl bottle. A clear pale yellow colour, small white lacing. Aroma of mild sourish apples and pears. Taste of mild sour apples, pears, mild sweetness. Minimal carbonation.

Looks like thin apple juice. Aroma is ripe apples pears and a little raisin and cream flavours. Taste is rich sweet apple, not much pear actually. Medium carbonation, good apple finish. Good drinkability. Not very characteristic but apart from that... very nice actually.

Sour and dry apples, green twig, tannins, bit of white wine and mustardy herb. Between the sweet and sour edges is little else to enjoy.
Medium sweetness, good taste, a sharper tarter acidic flavor than most, clean not so feuity. Simmel dresden
