2015 bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh pears, sweet concentrated sugars, custard, very sweet, but in a great way. Taste is the same, very pears and sweet. Oily mouthfeel, sugary, with sparkly carbonation. Awesome!

Wee bottle. Deep golden, viscous. Deep pear aroma, sweet and intense with a tiny dry funky leathery note. Medium full sweet viscous on the palate, light fruit sirup, light alcoholic note, burlap and leather, feels e bit sweter overall than the other port method ciders.

Wee bottle. Deep golden, alcohol legs, some viscosity. Applebrandy entry, dry applepeel, siruppy notes. Deep sweet apple notes, a hint boozy, then sweetness, spice, applebarrel, long lastin apple and white port note retronasal. Nice!

Bottle at the pre-Borefts tasting 2019, Zaandam. Poured a clear medium brown colour with a bubbly round white head. The aroma is big sweet apple and alcohol. The flavour is strong sweet, with a super smooth, sugary, rich, oily, big crushed apple, warm alcohol bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle, 2009, danke Stefan. Murky brown. Bright bitter appleskin almond cake aroma. Fullbodied, tart, dry, apple and pear, fermenting fruit, dark sugar, vanilla, dry applecake, light copper, tart fermented green apple finish. Very nice dry drink.
