Fresh and fruity nose. The perry starts fruity and fragile. Nice carbonation with a bit dusty fruity hints. A bit thin in body, but very fragile, smooth. Nice fresh pears and fragile smooth body without much sweetness. Nice and fragile!

Smooth and fresh apple-pear nose. The apple/pear mix-cider starts fruity and fragile. Very light and wine-like in aroma, smooth and fresh. Not deep and really easy to drink, lots of fragile fruit, smooth, a bit too neutral for me but very round and mild. Nice with a smooth carbonation.

Nice cassis-nose. Fresh and smooth beginning, quite sweetish cassis beginning with fruity dry apples in the background. The aftertaste is sweetish fruity, lots of cassis, tart and sourish with sweetish hints. Nice an fruity-fresh combination.

Smooth and dusty dry beginning. Refreshing, but a bit on the mouldy-dusty side. The perry is fruity but dusty. Mild refreshing with hints of perry-fruitiness. Very dry with a dusty ending. The carbonation is smooth, refreshing though.

Intense nose of cassis. The cider starts fruity with a great combination of cassis and dry woody apples. Not too intense, easy to drink with a bit of sweetness left. The cassis is in the foreground, the apples are sour and tart. Nice and refreshing.
