See through, raspberry iced-tea body. Quick soda spritz.
Super fresh strawberry nose, grass, rich grape skins, with a hint of bitter-tart cherry pits.
Taste is earthy, tart & slightly greasy cherry, over sharp & slightly funky floral apple. Developing apple tannins, bubblegum, watermelon jolly rancher, watery wine. Lower abv but it has some warmth. Residual tart apple & cherry funk with some rice sweetness.
Good if a little pedestrian.

A hazed rosey orange cider with aroma of sweet apple, grapeskins, light cork, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart berries, tart apples, light lactic notes, very nice. Bottle.

It’s a very light gold with thin fizzy white foam and a prickly carbonation. It says it’s a uk style wild fermented cider. Earthy rich apple aroma. The taste is the same but when paired with strawberry sweets floral notes came out. This is a really nice dry cider.

Slightly hazy golden pour, with a tiny white head. Aroma is fresh cut apple skins. Crisp, clean and refreshing. Fresh tart apples with a subtle sweetness, and a huge fresh apple flavour. Excellent pub cider.

Hazy and pale. Light greenish colour. This has a nice tart apple note, slight vidal accent. Some floral accents from the honey. This is good - all the sugar stuff rounds it out.

Cask days 2015. Clear yellow, no heaf. Aroma is tart/ sweet apples, some honey, and hints of brown sugar. Good mouth feel, low carb. Finish is sweet, i assume from the maple, but im not getting any distinct maple flavour of saltiness. This is just a slightly sweeter than usual apple cidet. Not terrible, but great either.

Tap at bar hop 2. Clear yellow pour, no head. Aroma is very much like gin. Big juniper note, with subtle honey soaked lemon zest, and some sweet freshly cut apple skins. Mouth feel, and carb are what youd expect. The finish is sweet, and savoury. Solid herbal notes, more juniper, some pine and even a hint of elderberry. The apple seems to take a back seat, buts its always there adding a nice sweetness to cut the copious, and strong herbs. Interesting stuff.

Aroma has a nice blend of blueberries, grape must, wild yeast, and some tart plums. Flavour is a nice melange of fruit, with lots of blueberries, some grape skins, tart plums, and wild yeast. Real nice cohesion of the disparate fruit character. Real good.
