On tap at The Commons, pours a cloudy dull yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice farmhouse character, some subdued plum and minor acidity. Flavour is fairly complex, with wild yeast, subdued plum and again, gentle acidity on the finish. Nicely constructed, with a good farmhouse character that doesn't dominate. Very good.

A bit of sweet fruit, apple, light tart, and a dry finish. The barkeep explained what a kiwi berry was, because I’d never heard of it, and it gave the cider a nice profile.

Slightly amber. Sweet apple with light plum over top. Finish is sweet fruit and tart. Bubbly body. I enjoyed this much more than I thought I would.

I’m not sure if they got the note on what exactly a session is supposed to be, but 5.7% is no session. Regardless, it is tasty. Earthy, tart, and dry with very little in the way of sweetness. An enjoyable, but not sessionable, cider.

Clear golden. The aroma and flavor are both full of rose notes along with other floral aspects, too. Apple is mostly hidden by the rose. Still, an interesting cider and worth a try.

Lightly hazy golden with a fizzy white head. Slightly musty, apple, tart. Medium mouth with a dry finish. A bit funky. Enjoyable.

Clear golden. Clean and sweet apple aroma and flavor leads to a lightly tart and slightly sulfuric background before finishing sweet again. Good stuff.

On tap at the Commons Portland. Pours out a pale straw color. Nose is spice green apples some leafy notes. Taste is more of the green apple tartness and a nice mellow sweet touch.

On tap at The Commons, pours a clear champagne gold or something with a small white head. Aroma brings out light funk and crisp pear skins. Flavour is simple, with a champagne-like crispness, subtle wild character and a dominant pear skin profile. Nothing special, but it's reasonably done. Meh.

Draft - Semi sweet perfumy apple. Clearish pale yellow with a small white head. Light perfume and nice semi sweet apple. Restrained and decent.
