can at share. Light purple body, a few bubbles. Aroma and taste are the blueberries with subtle accents from the barrels.

Bottle from Ciderwinkel. Herbal aroma with blackberry, tart red and dark fruits. Bit sweetish too, slightly dry. Medium body. Pleasant 'botanical' Cider.

10/01/24 Bottle from Press online. Clear, dark gold, thin foam, settles still. Clear Solo cup post hurricane at home. Yeasty, sharp floral, green tea nose. Bittersharp turning bittersweet, pungent floral, approachable farm funk, semi-sweet, light lemon, mild vinegar sweetness, bitter citrus pith on the tail. Creamy, very low carb, slight bite on the tail. Tasty, but definitely needed stronger bubbles.

Clear 500ml bottle via Press. 6.9%. No vintage. Clear Solo cup at home, three weeks post hurricane, no clean water. Slightly fizzy, quick, clear oily gold pour. Yeasty, twangy, farm funk, floral sidra, bubblegum, saltwater nose. Taste is earthy, saline, bittersharp/bittersweet apples, some residual sweetness leaning off-dry, light goat farm funk, clay, white wine. Still, thin, juicy, sulfites, a bit difficult on the long term. Tis okay. Not enough drama to sell a still.

500ml clear bottle from Press online. Stemless wine glass @home. Chill-hazed, rich, medium gold pour. Sidra meets whiskey nose. It's just what you wanted but didn't think to ask. Tart Barnyard, the name of my cover band. Earth, whiskey punch, dry leaves, shrooms, more skin than fruit, macerated sharp-floral apples, cream, almost completely dry. Hinting wild sourness starting to creep in. Moderately acidic, medium low tartness, prickly but under-serving carbonation, just enough sugar to not hurt. This is very good.

Single from Press online. Canned 04/14/23. Stemless wine glass @home. Hazy, orange-plum tea, lingering froth. Earthy, weak sour, faint farm funk, sour red wine nose. Twangy, tannic, non-descript red berries. Earthy apples, lemon juice, bark, flour, salt, building yeast on the trail. The faintest vinegar starting to move in. Half spritzy, high tart-medium acid, very pithy & popsicle sucking finish. Bonus point for being kinda cheap. Good to great.

Single from Press online. Canned 04/26/21. Stemless wine glass @home. Frothy, MGD classic gold, just a bit hazed. Smell is delicate herbal, green.Seems like more than just sage: lemon, apple, thyme, cucumber. Anyway, it's light & refreshing. Taste is more inline with sage. Soft but consistent uncooked sage & rose water, with a twangy, half wild apple base. I get some of these same flavors in a dry-hopped cider. A bit heavier than thin, medium low carb, very acidy, half sweet, bit of cider vinegar on the finish. Good.

Single can from Press online. 6.9% edition. Canned 10/23/20. Stemless wine glass @home. Pale, straw, foggy but not hazy. Sidra funk forward nose with a minty/herbal maybe melon middle before getting peppery. Taste is twangy apples, lemon, earth, dirty marigold, more wild than obvious floral, melon & light rubber, Sidra/cider vinegar finish. Crispy, acidic, medium high tart, dusty. Okay. Possibly better fresh.

12oz can from Press for like $4. Frothy pour into my baby Duvel. Clear & medium gold. Earthy, minerally, very faint barnyard & wild fermented plastic. Dry with a lot of pear focus, along with some Greening me thinks. Sharp, lingering acid, black pepper, sparking wine minerality, melon-y-acidy finish, a touch industrial. Snappy carbonation, frothy, some body, not completely dry. Fucking solid for the price.

500ml bottle from Press online. Baby Duvel glass @home. Clear, dark orange amber, active pour. Fumy. Mild barnyard, moldy leaves, big orange, plastic, sweet cider vinegar nose. Apple potpourri, medley of tastes. Bittersweet, twangy, mildly sour, sharp, sweet-tart turning earthy finish. Crispy-low carb, medium high acidity, vinegar is more noticable as it goes. Fun.
