On tap at Portland Cider, pours a clear dull peachy colour, no head. Aroma brings out lightly sweet strawberry and a touch of spruce. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of earthy spruce upfront, with must a hint of strawberries. Moderately acidic apple skins here. Decent.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral notes, English cider apples, and blossoms. Flavour is very dry, with light toffee, English yeast, dry green apples, and champagne-like crispness. Crisp, dry, with a floral finish. Good stuff.

On tap at Tin Bucket, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle kiwi, light acidity and a little apple. Flavour is acidic and tart, with acidic kiwi, tart apples and some apple core. Not overly complex, but it's alright.

Stubby bottle. Pours a clear golden hue with a medium white head. A big crisp apple nose, light spices. Light spicy pepper, sweet apple base, a slick sweet apple core, a bit of sugary notes. Quite good and clean.
