500 ml bottle from the PDX Made in Oregon location. Pours a very hazy perry color with a fizzy white head that left quickly. Aroma of greenish apples, and something herbaceous. Med minus body. It is dry green apple with herb/veg aspects. Really dry.

Bottle - Cooked apples and nice barrel sweetness. Clear gold. Apple, carrel notes and booze. Smells good, but tastes a bit too barrel forward and heat on the throat.

Waxed 750 (No. 0395) from Made in Oregon. Pours golden tinged perry color with a transient white head. Aroma is apple and pear, and a very different smell. Med body or nearly. Flavor is apple and pear, and there’s a flavor that’s clearly unusual, but doesn’t fit my limited profile of bacterial knowledge. It is very dry, and arguably tart. Very different stuff.

Waxed, capped 750 from Made in Oregon. Pours perry color with white bubbles. Aroma is pear, but somewhat bready? Near med body. Flavor is pear, but there are some oddities in it. Making me think of some sort of pear based bakery dessert more than anything else I can come up with. Certainly not a watery perry. Getting a bit of honey on my lips. Drinks nicely.

Capped and waxed 750 from Made in Oregon. Pours light rose with fizzy bubbles. Aroma is a mix of cherry and rose. Med minus body. Flavor is tart with cherry, rose and pear skin. Really quite different - rose is a bit strong. However, tart saves the day.

Capped, waxed 750/ No: 0400 from Made in Oregon. Pours a near-fluorescent bright "red" with a transient pink head. Aroma is elderberry - makes me think of jam! Med minus body. Flavor is pear and fairly strong elderberry. It’s astringent/tart. Clearly dry. Not to be missed.

Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours light perry color with a whiz of white bubbles that left as the pour ended. Aroma seems lightly apple skin. Suggests a tart and/or astringent situation. Med minus body; more carbonation than expected. Flavor is a rather tart/astringent gold apple skin. For me it’s not sweet, nor is it bitter. It’s rather cleansing. There’s a lot of flavor, but not in an ale sense. Finishes very dry.

Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours perry color with a fizzy white head. Mixed aroma. Seems plum, then seems apple. Near med body. Flavor is sort of sweet/tart, moving to mild plum, then to appleskin, then to mildly tart. "soft sour finish" might not be exact, but I can see why it was stated. Really quite subtle in its several aspects. Good.

Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours "rose" with a few bubbles. Nice cherry aroma, tho not seeming very tart. Med body, nearly. Flavor is startlingly tart. Definitely cherry flavor, and it seems to be like cooking cherry. Quite dry. Not a dry kriek, nowhere near that, but it’s a good cider.
