Description
Founded by Tonie Prins in 2001. Initially located in Canterbury, the brewery moved in 2005 to Newnham. The brewery distributes both cask and bottle conditioned beers in East Kent. Likely outlet: Man of Kent, Rochester. Brewing stopped during Covid and has not as yet restarted.

500ml bottle, pours amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, apricot, caramel, biscuit, toffee & malt. Moderate body. Mild bitter finish

Thin aroma of biscuity malt, fruity notes, mild hops. Flavour is light sweet and light tart with a moderate dry bitter finish. A bit on the watery side, but nicely carbonated. Didn’t expect this to be slightly tart.

Bottle 0,5ltr: Clear amber coloured brew they said an IPA but i thinks its an Bitter, an good Kentish Bitter. Its got an strange name and dito label. The taste is gentle bitter with hints of thirstquenching citrus.

Bottle 0,5ltr: Hazy golden coloured brew they named a lager, more like an witbier. But nevertheless an good beer with an fine sweet fruity taste and an subtle sweetbitter finish.

Bottled. Deep brown colour with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, some toffee, mild wooden and resin as well as some spruce. Flavour is roasted malts, some toffee, mild floral, sprucelike and earthy notes. Nice mellow bitterness.
