Bière dégustée en terrasse chez Mikkeller. Robe dorée limpide, mousse fine et plutôt éphémère. Nez floral, avec une touche de malt et des notes de pamplemousse, un peu de résine, houblon bien présent. En bouche, l’amertume est modérée, équilibrée par une douceur discrète. Corps moyen. L’ensemble est accessible, plutôt floral et malté, moins dans mes goûts pour une IPA — manque un peu de peps ou de tranchant. Correcte, sans surprise.

Backlog. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is zest, some funk, mild brett and a bit citrus with some slight catpissy tones. Flavour is funk, citrus, some mild tart wooden tones with a bit lemongrass too.

Вкус очень такой себе, просто пустоватый питкий саур, но подача зарешала, как будто мороженое с пивом.

A light yellow and quite murky beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has grapefruit, mango, pineapple, fresh. Taste has grapefruit and pineapple, the taste is quite short. Almost medium bodied. Refreshning and nice beer.
