Fortunately an Euro-Fläschle (Diky do jezera!):Pale golden, not completely clear, loose 'n lacy white head; mild to moderate grainy-dusty nose with some forgotten hops in the background; mild - surprise! - bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, relatively soft; slightly lingering bitter-sweet grainy-fruity finish. Drinkable...

Bottle. Color: Clear amber, beige head. Taste: Medium sweet with, when just opened, some lightly sour notes. Notes of berries, red fruit, bananas, nuts and boozy hints. Lightly warming mouthfeel. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice, complex but not too boozy eisbock. Unfortunately some of the complexity disappears not too long after opening.

(bottle, 75cl) Clear, amber colour with a short and slightly tanned foamy layer. Slightly toasted malty and mildly wheaty aroma with notes of candied fruits, red berries and juicy accents, also shades of phenolic spices. Sweet and delicately bitter flavour, full bodied with a soft carbonation. Sweet and juicy malt-character with notes of dark and red berries, cherries and candied fruits; sweet and delicately fruity-tart finish with a quite well-covered alcoholic strength. Nice. 28.IV.17

Šampanský lahev (diky do Kostníc a okolí!): Deep copper coloured, a bit unclear, small and stable off-white head; moderate to solid sweet fruity (dried berries) nose with caramel and toasted malt underneath; pretty solid sweet flavour, medium to full bodied, a bit sticky; slightly lingering sweet caramelly fruity finish with a delicate touch of warming alcohol in the aftertaste. Surely well crafted, but too uniforme...

(bottle, 75cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Grainy, wheaty and rye-like nose with a tinge of dough and acidity, also yeasty spice and traces of bubblegum and vanilla. Moderately sweet flavour with a delicately level of tartness, medium to full bodied with a calm carbonation. Grainy and slightly juicy malty taste with notes of rye, wheat, bonbons/bubblegum; sweet, delicately sour tart and fruity finish with a well-embedded alcoholic strength. Drinkable but not my cup of tea. 30.IX.16
