Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Wonderful spicy-malty aroma. Starts strong, malty, light alcoholic, not too much. Fine spicy notes, some pine, some honey, some spices. Nice dry hoppy background. Finish wonderful balanced. Really nice!

Bottle. Clear amber sporting a decent white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, grass, grains and metal. Taste is all that without the metallic notes. Slightly spicy. Moderate bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. It’s alright.

Sensory Session #39: Clear, golden color and a nice white head. Nose is malty, cereals, faint honey sweetness. Taste is bready, malty and sweetish.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 28.12.2021) im 2021-11 getrunken. Dieses hell goldene Bier mit weißer, recht feinporige Schaumkrone und deutliche Kohlensäure kommt sehr erfrischend mut einer schönen Honignote daher. Sehr süffig und damit ein gutes Sommerbier.
