Im Glas präsentiert sich helles Goldgelb mit guter Trübung. Die weiße, fein- bis mittelporige Schaumkrone wirkt wässerig-flaumig und unterdurchschnittlich stabil. Die Duftaromatik zeigt sich zartmalzig und sehr typisch fruchtig-hefig bananig. Der Antrunk wirkt angenehm spritzig, frisch, leicht süßlich-fruchtig und macht durchaus Lust auf dieses Bier. Am Gaumen breitet sich ein mäßiger Körper aus, welcher mit Noten von zartem Malz, fruchtig-bananiger Hefe und zartsäuerlich-herber Würze gefüllt ist. Das Gesamtbild ist gut - ebenso Mundgefühl und Süffigkeit. Im Nachtrunk fallen die malzigen und Fruchtigen Komponenten rasch ab und es bleibt eine würzig-herbe Note stehen. Mein Fazit: Sticht unter 100 anderen Weizen nicht heraus, hat aber trotzdem alles um als gut bezeichnet zu werden.

# 3537; 4/2023. Alc. 4,8 %. Nice malty and spicy hop aroma. Brilliant straw body; persistant white head. Malty, flora, spicy, high drinkability. Very good Helles. 0,5 l, bottle, supermarket, Tübingen (Swabia, Germany).

500 ml bottle. Light clear sparkling golden with a big foamy head. Banana, yeast, citrus zest, hints of clove, some metal. Banana sweetness, dry bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry bittersweet finish. Quite nice Kristallweizen!

Bottled 500ml. -from Fristo Getränkemarkt Freiburg. Hazy orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head, wheat and banana in the nose. Sweet malty, yeasty, wheaty, light banana and some caramel with dry finish.

swing top bottled 500ml. -from Fristo Getränkemarkt Freiburg. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, light fruity yeasty nose. Sweetish malty, fruity, yeasty, light grassy and floral with sweet touch in the finish. Not bad.

Thanks to Erzengel! Pours hazy golden with a frothy white head. Immediate aroma of bananas and spiced malt. Taste has pleasant banana, more light citrus zest and some cinnamon. Palate has cloves, nutmeg, lingering banana on the nose. Quite good, well balanced.
