Can from Holiday Market. Pours a clear, deep brown to black with a finger of beige head that dissipates. Light roasted chocolate, cacao nib and faint caramel aromas on the nose. Smooth with a toasty malt and cold brew coffee flavor on the palate. Super smooth without being acrid or overly roasty like some dark lagers. Smooth, dark chocolate finish with a touch of hops but overall a really enjoyable schwarzbier.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a clear yellow gold with a full finger of white foam that lingers. Bready malts with some light crackery malts on the nose as well as grass and peppercorn aromas. Smooth with a nice peppery, grassy bite on the palate. Lingering bitterness on the finish in a lighter bodied pils. Very enjoyable.

Can from Holiday Market. 3 days off the canning line. Pours a clear orange gold with a finger of off-white foam that dissipates to a ring around the edge of the glass. Nice lacing. Punchy hop aromas with citrus, floral notes alongside mango, pineapple and tropical fruit. Crisp and clean on the palate with orange zest, mild pith and pine and some light mango skin. Really nice clean, crushable pale ale.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a clear gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Orange zest, grapefruit, toasted caramel, crackery malt with a touch of pine as it warms. More pine and pithy bitterness on the palate with citrus zest, malt and slight booze. Not bad.

Clean and crisp on the palate. Spritzy carbonation with a lingering pithy citrus and green pineapple note. Very refreshing, light bodied session IPA.

Pours moderately hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew, watermelon, red apple, berries, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew, watermelon, red apple, berries, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew, watermelon, red apple, berries, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/lightly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Overall this is a delicious NEIPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/lightly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly bitter/drying finish; great soft feel and not aggressive. Feels like Citra, El Dorado. Very juicy and lightly dank/earthy hops; with a great balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example as expected.

Biscuit malt and dry grass aroma. Pale yellow with large white head and strong effervescence. Mildly sweet lemon, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter dry lemon peel flavor. Good body. Nice beer.
