Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, spcicy, yeasty. Taste: Mix of moderate tart, moderate sweetness and moderate hopbitterness. Subtle green apple, grapefruit and lemon. Spicy notes. Yeasty. Hints of wood. Quite thin, under medium body. Average carbonation. Dry-ish finish.

Golden pale pour with a small white head. Aromas of (sweet) citrus, pineapple, mango and other exotic fruits. Taste is equally fruity, hops, decent finish - this is very good for an AF.

Clear dark amber beer, small creamy beige head, a bit stable, little adhesive. Aroma: malty start, a bit yeasty, grains, a bit oxidized, banana, ok. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, a bit malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, bitter hops, some citrus notes. Aftertaste: malty, some tropical fruits, juicy, very bitter, a bit grassy, resinous touch, ok.

Small white head, fed by furious carbonation, yet fast gone over hazy golden beer. Nose of... chili?!! Capsaicin smell, woodpulp. Again capsaicin, if not "hot" in feel. Forgotten vegetable as patty pan, but also sweet pepper. Gradually some lactic acid appears. Light acidthinning and -burn. Good carbonation. Unsettling beer. Where does this capsicum flavour hails from? Sour, yes, but it has absolutely no lambic features. Slightly disappointed, I am.

Clear deep orange red beer, small irregular off-white head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: some caramel malts, fruity touch, dried fruits, some chlorine, tropical fruits, citrus notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good bitterness up front, malty, gentle roast, caramel malts, more bitterness, slightly metallic, grassy touch. Aftertaste: dry, good bitterness, fruity, some tropical fruits, ripe mango, caramel malts, a little oxidized, cow fodder, decent stuff!

Draught Good, slowly retreating white head, leaving shards of lace over fully hazy lemon yellow beer. Vegetable frying oil, some dry hopbale notes, dry grains. Sharpish, initially almost sweet flavour followed by a burning, metallic -again- almost hoppy flavour, before returning to a sweetish finish. Fruity notes, not very imposing. Medium bodied, good carbonation. Bit nondescript. I wonder where the burning sensation hails from, it's not hopburn.

Pours unclear yellowblonde. No real head. Scent is full, earthy funk, raw fruityness that seems very herbal. Lambic is rather lost underneath . Taste is tart, juicy, far more fruity than the nose. Grassy. Mild citrus grapes. Lemon-like acidity.

Pours unclear, peachy amber. No head. Scent is full, strawberry puree. Taste is tart, sharp, dry, loads of strawberry. Mildly acetic, intense. Cider is very hidden; Lambic unbalanced - but the endresult somehow is likeable.
