Part of their 4-pack Welly Volume Eight. Pours a hazy light-golden, yellow colour with a frothy, bubbly warm off-white head fizzing away quickly, leaving a little foam ring. The aromas show a lot of lemon notes, with the zest hoppiness, and sour from inside the fruit. The taste has sourness, but not to the extreme. The citrus, mostly lemon fruit comes across and some light tart is left. Feel a little mild for 5.7% ABV. so if you like a not-as-potent sour beer, this could be for you.

Can that pours a slight hazy golden colour with a frothy off-white head. decent retention and some light spotted lacing. Hoppy nose with mostly the Mosaic hops showing some grassiness over citrus notes. Hints of sweetness, kind of like Belgian Ale yeast and sugars. Flavours of the grassy hops, blending with the light sweet base. This is where the mango notes show. Seems to balance nicely as it breathes. A nice Double IPA all-around.

Part of their 4-pack Welly Volume Eight. Pours a hazy light golden-yellow colour with a big frothy white cap, good retention and loads of foamy-creamy lacing. Decent fresh hops giving citrus notes and mild grass. Hints of other fruitiness, almost like berries. The taste is mild with those hops. Again, light citrus and grassiness. The mouthfeel is fairly light, but still has some guts to it. Lightly dry finish. This is a nice lighter juicy Pale Ale that mixes well the citrus notes, grassy hops and sweeter yeast.

Can from the LCBO. Dark mahogany with a large lingering dark khaki head that leaves stringy lace. Lots of chocolate, coffee and roast on the nose. Light+ milk chocolate sweetness with a medium- coffee bitterness. Mouth is creamy but a tad thin for a stout, with soft carbonation. Pleasant enough. 8-/3+/7/3/15

This brown ale poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Medium lacing. Scents include caramel, hazelnuts and a little cocoa. First swig was nice and creamy with lots of nutty flavours. A little tiny bit of habanero heat with a distant cinnamon back flavour. Finish is nice and toasty with those hazelnut flavours lingering forever.

This brown ale poured a deep brown amber colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include coffee, molasses and dark toast. First swig was a little thinner than expected but delicious non the less. Flavours of coffee, roasted malts and a little dark chocolate. Finish is roasted as hell with delicious smokey flavours lingering.

2017 version. A dark brown barley wine with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light vinous notes, treacle, alcohol warmth, dark fruits, loads of vanilla, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with vanilla, coffee crisp, licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex. Bottle at OttBottShare Dec 2019.

Part of Wellington Mix Pack Vol. Seven. Pours a hazy, golden colour with particles all over. The head is a big size, frothy, white, with good retention and thick foamy lacing. Fruity nose with more pineapples notes than apricot. All of this over the juiciness of these hops. The taste shows more dry-bitter hoppiness, over the juicy aspect. The fruits are in the background, but still effective. A nice IPA that does not have the super sweet Apricot richness.

Part of Wellington Mix Pack Vol. Seven. Pours a dark brown colour with some copper highlights. The head is big, kind of creamy, beige, long lasting and leaves nice lacing. Beautiful coffee aromas with chocolate malts that come out eventually. The coffee is a little more blended in the flavours with the roasted malts, hints of dark fruits and enough hops to give a bitter finish. The mouthfeel is fairly dry. Some light nuttiness, this coffee brown ale is quite nice.
